I'm going to hard wire an Acrolink 6N-P4030 Power Cable into a vintage tube amp.

Any recommendations on stress relief grommets or other suggestions?

Thanks?

Measure the exact Outside Diameter of your Power Cable and then use one of the many choices from Mouser or any electronic supply company...

on the chassis... Just be very careful to protect the parts inside the amp...

You can also use a Female Chassis IEC Connector, posted on November 15, 2016 at 12:30:33

Use your present Captured Power Cord and cut off all but the last 6 to twelve inches and install a cord mounted Female IEC Connector... (Schurter 4735.0000)

Good info. You can just add to your original reply by using the edit function instead of reposting three more times.

I agree... I use the in-line Schurter IEC connectors on all my vintage equipment with captive cords. Here is one I installed on my Technics SL-1200 turntable.
I do it all in the name of music!!!
