Anyone remember Vecteur interconnect in the '80's?

I remember this French cable was available in bulk in the early '80's.

I had made up a bunch of lengths but found it too bright and detailed when used through my entire system at the time. I don't know where most of it ended up. I still have some foot long lengths terminated with cheap Radio Shack RCA's. But they are too short to experiment with the gear I have now.

4 solid core high purity insulated copper wires in each individual cable plus a braided shield. Two wires for signal. Two wires for return. Directional arrows on the outside. Can barely make out the name in the pics.

Would have been interesting to see how it would stack up now. And with proper RCA's. Not sure if anyone still uses it?

Cheers!

I had a few pairs of this with factory connectors, along with their CV90 speaker cable. I think the internals were as you described, although the jacket is black on mine. I can't recall if there was more than one model. I replaced it with Kimber Hero, though I never really compared them. A friend owns them now...maybe we'll compare them sometime.
