After finding limited threads in archives, wondering if anyone is using the Poseidon Ultra Referecnce MKII? I purchased these on a whim, since they were in my max price range $500-600. I can't convince myself to consider cable that retails over 25% cost of my components. So these fit the bill. Originally found them to be too short for my setup. Rearranging gear has changed plans. For the short period of time listening to these cables, I hear an overall subtle bump in realism across the spectrum. What are other users hearing? The only thing I don't care for is the small garden hose appearance. I don't think I would pay their retail list @1295, but at $600 they seem like a great deal. Guessing they compete with a few other small companies-ClearDay,Morrow,Signal etc. My previous cables were ancient, but sufficient Nordost Blue Heaven revII. While my first choice would to just climb up to ladder and plumb everything with Odin, my system doesn't justify such extravagance.
