If I remember correctly, Fulton was opaque brown fat twinax. Sort of like and even fatter Monster Cable that you couldn't see trough. I think he just re-terminated jumper cables.

I agree with Mr. Blue Sky that it is DIY, but that must have took some time to braid. I thought at first it was Kimber 8VS with an added cover, but there is no yellow wire in the Kimber.

It looks like there are two separately braided cables loosely-twisted around each other, with some sort of semi-transparent heat shrink sleeve covering them. Looks DIY.
