Need Adcom GFA 6000 Binding Posts

 I have an Adcom GFA 6000 with broken binding posts. They seem to be a unique design. The posts are on a separate board, and the board is attached to the chassis by screws on each side. See pics. Where can I purchase a few sets of these binding posts ? Thanks.
