 I honestly don't know and a quick search turned up nothing. I will say it is late 50's. That is AM/FM simulcast stereo your looking at in the tuner section.
The output is also probably a 6bm8 (ECL82).
Might want to give "Vintage" a shot, someone there may know.

 This is probably an early 1960s Calrad, Olson, Lafayette, Kenwood or other Japan sourced unit. Judging fropm the size of the opt iron, if you have good output tubes, the preamp/amp section may be very worthy of resto...

6BM8 / ECL82 based tube amps are among the least expensive entries into the tube amp world. Get some now before their extinction...LOL...
