 I didn't like the front panel wing so I filed it down. He should have bought the 'wingless' Premier 11a instead. ;-)

It doesn't show in the photo but I suspect the filed down area looks nothing like the rest of the the champagne anodized panel. I wonder how much a replacement panel would cost.

 That "wing" looked kinda odd to me but what do I know.

 I will agree with those who have said it looks better without the wing, but add, maybe from 50' away it looks better. He should have taken the face plate to a metal fabrication shop or left it alone for the sake of value.
