I am looking for a new amp and want to try a 300b based integrated. I have a small room and 92db efficient speakers. I will be driving the amp from an Allnic H3000 phono stage which should give me from 500-700mv output.

Want to stay under $7k and used is fine.

Thanks

Give the Bottlehead amps a look over. Great bang for the buck and one heck of a good design. I know you are looking for an integrated but you can pair it with a 300b preamp TOOOOOO

I believe it is in your price range
Be sure it can drive your speaker

Triode Corp. (Japan) makes both a power amp and a pair of monos with volume controls. There is an American distributor.

I would put this one on your short list.

Dick Olsher of TAS certainly thought highly of it.

An Allnic T1500 should mate well with your Allnic H3000.

Congrats on the H3000, by the way. I just picked up a H1201 and I love it!!

Thanks for the responses. I am going to listen to a Line Magnetic down in Portland in a couple of weeks. I had not heard of the Triode Corp. before and their prices are very reasonable. They have a dealer here in Seattle so that's another to hear.

Funny about the Allnic T-1500 recommendation, I bought one recently and it was destroyed by UPS in transit: http://www.audioasylum.com/audio/general/messages/69/696028.html

I figured that while I am waiting to see if I get my money back I would look at alternatives.
