Setting the gain of Jeff Rowland Model One

 I want to set the gain of my Jeff Rowland Model One amplifier. I have removed the driver module from the main board. As described in the user manual, the back of that module shows some sockets meant for jumpers (see attached picture). Unfortunately I don't know how to place those jumpers to set the gain at 20, 26, 29.5 or 32 dB (the values indicated in the user manual). Can anybody help me? Thank you!
