Hi,
all things aside, what are the differences between the tonearms of these Dual turntables -
701
1019
1219
1229
1229Q
I am trying to find out which of these had a better stock tonearms. (mass, bearings, construction material, available adjustments, etc..)
Any comments would be highly appreciated. Thanks!

Check out this excellent site. You have listed some of the better Duals so the tonearms are also better than the average Dual product. I have a 704, very sophisticated arm for the 70s, VTA adjustable with a knurled wheel. And a 1219, it doesn't look sophisticated but it's longer than the average 1200 series arm, i have a 1226 as well. The stock 1219 was shockingly good for a 10 euro fixer-upper from the thrift! They share the Dual headshell system with the clip-in e.g. for Shure/Dual cartridges.
Also recommendable:

Tons of manuals etc. downloadable.
