Between Shure SC35C vs Shure V-15 Type V, what are their sonic differences?
Some said they are almost the same with different construction.....???

... I use the sc35c on a changer for old cruddy/beat-up 45s and LPs, and the v15vxmr (with JICO SAS) for nice clean LPs. I use the same preamps, amp, and speakers.
The main difference is that sc35c makes those old cruddy records listenable, and even sound good, while I'm working or doing something and not 100% focused. The V15 lets me really listen in to the music, and neither adds or subtracts from what's there, as far as I can tell - I use a lot of different carts, and this one is the most neutral-sounding one I have. There's no way I would subject that JICO stylus to the abuse that the sc35c handles easily.
Looking at the two, the claim that they're the same body is reallly hard to get behind. To go even farther, I have a V15(-1), and a III, and there's still only the very most superficial resemblance, though the III could maybe sorta pass, in the dark, with a few drinks.
Flood2's comments below are great so I will just add that the SC35C was intended originally for robust pro use. I used to use them as a DJ back in the 1970s. Very good for the purpose indeed. A giveaway is (was?) the blob of fluorescent orange paint on the end of the cantilever so as to aid cueing in the dark.
The V-15V is a different type of beast designed for audiophile use in the finest of systems and was the best that the Shure brothers could achieve. Far more refined sound in comparison. I never owned a V but had a couple of the earlier V-15 IIs.
Hi
I was lucky enough to chance on a Sensibly Priced V15 Type V body for about USD100 on eBay a few years ago - I partnered it with a JICO SAS as the original cantilever had been snapped off hence its price; the combination gives the technical excellence of an AT150MLx without the bright sheen. Very satisfyingly neutral. However, at the silly prices they are going for now, I wouldn't say that they were worth those prices and the money would be better served by going for a Denon DL301mk2 at the same sort of price point with a similar tonal balance.
An M97xE with SAS is very close in sound, but lacks the neutrality, but this is largely due to the xE having the deliberate shelf from 10kHz to 20kHz after a drooping response from the midrange. I find that the so-called Audiophile Curve gives a slightly ponderous bass and I honestly don't understand why Shure felt the need to put out the V15Vx version to replace it as I think it was a backward step to have an engineered response.

Completely different animals!
The SC35C is a low compliance suspension with a 0.7mil spherical tip. The V15V is a high compliance suspension design with a hyperelliptical (unless you go for the G version which is a 0.6mil spherical tip).
Even if you are comparing spherical tips, the V15V will be superior. What mass is your arm? If you have a low to medium mass arm, don't even consider the SC35C, as the LF resonance will be getting close to the audible range.
