I was just given this by a friend. It belonged to his father. I believe it was bought as part of a system in the early 1960s, installed in a built-in cabinet with a Garrard RC 121 D Mk II turntable and a pair of 3 way coaxial Lafayette speakers.
I have not had time to bring it up on a variac yet. I was working when retired about 20 years ago. It has push-pull EL-84 output tubes, 2 12AX7 in the preamp, and 2 in the amplifier section. It has an EZ-80 rectifier.
It did not come with a tuner, I believe the LT-99 was the matching tuner.
I am aware it will need new filter caps in the power supply.

I've had great success with Lafayette gear. I have an LT-100A tuner I'd let go but doesn't seem to match your amp. I like it but it just sits on the shelf.
Enjoy your amp.

As Mikey said, you definitely have something to work with. Approx. 15 WPC is what the unit is capable of. Are you sure about the rectifier? The 90 mA. the EZ80/6V4 is capable of is cutting things very fine. A 150 mA. capable EZ81/6CA4 would be a better choice. However, the impact of "bean counters" is always present.

The link that follows immediately suggests that a pair of EZ80s are present and that makes sense.

If you are up to DIYing new cabinets for the speakers, have at it. OTOH for just buy/wire up/play, DECWARE offers something highly suitable at something resembling a rational price.

It's actually very good stuff. We often think of Radio Shack and Lafayette as being more run of the mill inferior but that just isn't the case.. Look what a Lafayette KT550 brings or a Radio shack knight KT 600 or KB 85 brings and all are first rate sounding pieces of gear.
The speakers are Alnico and I often hear the words,3 way coaxial but I assume it means the mid and tweeter may be mounted on a bracket and therefore its a 3 way when you include the woofer.
This will be a nice full blended system when you recap the amp and depending on the cabinet you use,the speakers can be very satisfying.
