My Leak TL12+ has lost its 3D imaging.
Do I need new tubes ?

A lot of times when that happens it turns out to be your source or source material.
For years I was chasing my tail with that very same issue. Turned out the radio station I was listening to (for over five years) blew out a transmitter and was using a bare bones one in it's place. I wasted a few years, thousand dollars and traded and sold off some high end rare and valuable gear that I will NEVER EVER see again~!!!!
Try a different source like a CD, ipod, iphone, anything.
Post your findings. Then let's look into fading tubes or even a speaker failure of sorts.
I had a similar experience as you. I had a brightness in my system that was very annoying. I changed speakers amps and preamps. I also changed cartridges and it would not go away. I sat staring at my system frustrated, then it dawned on me, I had not changed cables. I changed the cable between amp and preamp ant the brightness disappeared. I don't know if the cable was defective or it just made things sound bright but it sure gave me a new perspective and appreciation that cables can change the sound of your system significantly...
