I have an air bearing tonearm. Every time the air compressor kicks in, it produces a pop noise. Does anyone know if there is a circuit to prevent the noise sending to the system.

Put a small capacitor across the switch contacts. Probably around 0.1 to 0.47ufd safety rated cap should do it.

put the Air compressor in a different room on a different AC circuit - it may even benefit from further (electrical) isolation depending upon the size and nature of the motor....

Do you have a receiver tank on the system? If so you need to increase the size of it. This acts as a snubber on the air system. Also a larger tank will extend the life of the pump motor.
Yes. I do. It is a 10 gallons tank. However, the thump is caused by the air pressure switch.
coming back through the AC mains or a thump that is vibration coming back through the air bearing manifold that the cartridge or arm tube is picking up and coming through the system?
