I bought 10 of these caps out of Germany for like 33usd each and only 20usd for shipping.I have used four of them so far in various amps such as those that want a stock Dyna ST70 and I used a pair in one of my Grommes 260a amps.I have two pairs of 260a amps.I didn't test every section but I did test the 80uf and the 30uf and the 40uf and I set the voltage 550vdc.I didn't publish all the specs but I can show you what I have so far.Dielectric absorption is 3%Leakage at 550v is 42ua and dropping..I had to hold it for 75 secsESR is 1.9 ohms

I actually ran them at 550v which is the rated voltage and 600v surge.I didn't take the temp but it wasn't getting hot.

Mike, next time you do this test --- could you measure temp? Just curious how well cans dissipate heat compared to individual caps.
Thanks!
Steve
The Sencore is not going to heat the cap in the testing duration because it limits the current after the initial charge cycle and then the computer inside analyzes the cap's variables and or condition as that's all it needs.
I would have to put the cap in an enclosed area of an amplifier to where it can build up heat for that test.
Now,if you were to ask me, are these caps better than the CE Mallory type and my answer to that would be,I don't know. I do know the voltage rating is higher on the Authenticaps than the CE.
