Has anybody ever seen a punch set, aka Greenlee, for a standard wall outlet? I need to put several standard duplex wall outlets on a chassis. Using a Decora product would be easy as it's just a rectangular hole, but this has to be a standard style outlet.

Odd-shaped punches are usually extremely expensive, but a sheet-metal shop may have such a thing. Or a computerized plasma cutter or laser that can make those holes for you, or suggest someone who does.
Otherwise, use a Dremel or die grinder with reinforced cutting discs, followed by files or rotary bits.
I used 20A single female outlets rather than duplex and just used the round appropriate Greenlee round punch, but yes they do make such an animal but it's expensive.

But I did end up finding single round versions which I will use.
Might be kind of expensive and I don't know the rest of your application, but you could probably have something made by Front Panel Express instead of punching it yourself.
FWIW, I think you are headed towards drilling, nibbling, and dressing with a file. Look at the items near the middle of Mouser catalog page 1311. Mouser part # 161-0710-12 really catches my eye, as it's in stock and takes a simple rectangular opening.

Nope, but single round outlets are available & likely a punch can be found to closely match.
Looks like a Dremel kind of thing!
