I have my speakers set up on Tyler custom stands. They are sitting on rubber feet on the top of the stands. What would be a better set-up (blue-tac, spikes, etc). Would love to hear your opinions. Thank you in advance!

... that different "interfaces" emphasize (or de-emphasize) different frequency bands.
Try a few different interfaces if you can.
Ask Tyler for recommendations other than the standard rubber feet.
My speakers are heavy. The stands are metal, hollow and short. Wood on a suspended floor.
I use blu tak from speakers to stands and Herbies threaded stud gliders from stands to floor.
You probably need to experiment a little.
You have many different options, but one that I've GENERALLY liked with standmounts is Herbie's Audio Lab Big Fat Dots between the stand and the speaker. But IME it depends on a number of variables, including the quality/design of the stands and the resonant character of the speakers. Herbie's offers a generous audition policy if you're interested.

If your electronics are acoustically isolated from the speakers, spikes are best. But otherwise(probably more often) soft speaker mounting(is a superior compromise.
