Would like to hear any comments/opinions on Tyler Acoustics speakers. Specifically (but not limited to) models with SEAS Excell and Millenium tweeters. Thank in advance!!

You could do a lot worse. About a decade ago, I went through almost their entire line, upgrading from one model to the next. Started with the Taylo, then the Linbrook monitors, then the two-piece Reference 1 (in macassar ebony), and finished up with the Linbrook Signatures in teak. The wait times for the builds were not excessive and Ty kept me informed through the process and even sent pics during the builds. They were all pleasant sounding and relaxing to listen to, with the Reference 1 providing the best bass in my room. Very nice speakers, but not in the same league as my current Merlins. Ty is a great guy to do business with, and as honest as they come. The closest approximation to their house sound among other speakers I've owned would be the Joseph Audio RM 25 XL.
..., not sure if that is still true but you might want to ask at the Audiogon speaker forum.
.
Above is a sample picture. Mind have the same finish.
I am currently running the Tyler Acoustics Linbrook Signatures floorstanding model. Every driver is a Seas and the tweeter is the Seas Millenium. It's one of the better speakers that I have ever heard. The build quality, crossovers and drivers are all first rate. What model are you looking into?
I bought the Linbrook Signatures and custom stands, which will take 2 weeks to make.
I don't see the Linbrooks on the Tyler Acoustics products page any longer. Was yours a special order of some kind?
They were trade-ins, one year old, and I bought them for $1750pr w/2yr warranty. I have to wait 2 weeks because he is making me custom stands for them and he wants to ship them all together to save a few bucks. Ty is a GREAT guy, and has quite a following on Audiogon forums (even though he sells his used/trade-in speakers on Audiomart)
That's a great deal! The seas drivers in each cabinet sell for over $1k. Any chance that you can post a photo of your stands after you receive them?
Be glad to. But you can go to the tyler acoustic website and see a picture. He makes them to your required height.
Thanks for the quick reply...I'm thinking of the Linbrook Signatures
