Hey folks,
Sorry if I am posting this in an incorrect forum. I had posted in the amp section but one of our audiophile friends recommended me to post here as well.
I own Focal Electra 1008Be. I am looking to pair them with good integrated amp. The following are my choices
1. Electrocompaniet ECI5 MKII
2. Hegel H360
However, please note I dont have any dealer close by where I could audition them. Was curious to know if anyone here has had a chance to listen to them with either of the above amps. Any other recommendation for amps is also welcomed.
Thanks in advance folks! I must say this forum is clearly amazing! :)

Perhaps a Naim Supernait2 or Naitxs. Focal owns Naim or is owned by the same group... Some folks, at least on the Naim Forum, seem to think there is some synergy between the two.
Good luck
Heard the supernait 2 after your recommendation with my speakers. It was unusually bright :( not sure why. Even my father felt it was bright. I know people swear by Naim focal combo but i guess it was just too dry and bright for me. However I also heard them with Norma Revo IPA140 and it was full bodied. Have YBA on my list too...any one has experience with YBAs?
Sorry, I can not comment on exactly on any of the amps or the particular speakers you have.
Since nobody has replied, I can tell you I just auditioned the Sopra N°1 paired with a PrimaLuna DiaLogue Premium HP integrated amp. I spent a long time listening to a wide variety of music and will tell you the pair together sounding amazing. I could have listened all day.
If you have a local dealer I highly suggest you try the PrimaLuna with your speakers.
Hi mtbikeNH,
Thanks for the recommendation. Primaluna are on my list already but the issue is I know my father wont want to deal with the complexities of the valves :'(
Hence I need a solid state for him.
Thanks though for the help.
