the label says Acoustic model 7, ... technology & designed by England, they remind me of another speaker, that sparkle blue finish is something! thanks

They appear to be "white van" speakers.
ok, so just something made cheaply and sold out of a van, I get that. I did pull the top speaker to see what it was, and it looked cheap, stamped metal basket, no name, pretty good size magnet, wondering what I can use they for, the cabinet seems like it may hold promise...
Pretty bad grammar. The brand doesn't bring up any Google hits. That grammar reminds me of some ads I see on Craigslist for White Van Speakers, like, "Designed in Denmark" for Dynalab or Denmark speakers which are utter cheapest parts junk made in China.

yes, the grammar may be a signal that these are some kind of chinese knock-offs, they are pretty light, around 20 lbs each, and the stands are just some kind of screwed-in legs that are also lame. The cabinet appears to be made of a polymer of some sort that allowed them to get the unusual shape, which reminded me of a high-end brand with no parallel surfaces, a rap on the side does show a bit of resonance. Guess it is time to remove a speaker and see what else I can discover...
They appear to be expensive speakers. Cheap speakers rarely have enclosures with curved sides.
