Yesterday's garage sales produced a set of very inexpensive Dynaco A50s.
One woofer was toast so I replaced it with a spare( who knew?) and they sound pretty darn good. Not as "woofy/boomy" ( opinion) as my Klipsch Tangents but still pretty good bass.
The basic overall sound is very clean ( opinion) so now the problem...trhey are big. Should I put up with that for these A50s or sell them?
All opinions are welcome and appreciated and sometimes chuckled at.

I didn't really hear A50s much but I recall them being the most poorly reviewed of the Dynaco speakers and the main criticism was not poor quality bass but too much relative to the rest of the spectrum. This seems to correlate with other comments in replies to you.
Use tone controls or a graphic eq to slightly reduce the bass/mid bass and you will find the low end to resemble that of quad 57s. Set a dome teeter atop each crossed over at 10k and they open up nicely.put them on stands for cleanest bass.

But when I did I preferred the A-25 and A-35 as offering a more balanced (natural) musical presentation.
Whether to sell? Only you can answer that.
"For a nominal service fee,
you can reach nirvana tonight."
It has been decades but back in the day I thought the A-35 was the pick of the litter.
A pair of Dynaco A50s are currently offered on Seattle's craigslist. Asking price is $550 ( gasp!! ).
