I've used the M907s for five years in a bedroom system powered by Sanyo Plus separates. A friend picked up M905s to go with his Marantz 2230 on my recommendation. We are both very satisfied. Often overlooked and under valued, the Dahlquists are quality at a bargain price.

Yes, they do sound nice. What would a pair be worth in minty condition
with the matching oak stands?.
Here in Seattle they are undervalued. I paid $50 for my mint M907s with walnut cabinets. They ran for three weeks on craigslist with no interest, even at that low price. My friend paid $75 for his mint walnut M905s. A pair of black cabinet M905s for $100 went unsold on craigslist last week. The local second hand audio emporium, Hawthorne Stereo, currently has a pair of black M903s available for $250.
Comparable two or three way speakers like original Advents or EPI 100s sell readily for $125-$200, while ADS L710s or L-810s sell for $200-$350 in nice shape. Only the Dahlquist DQ-10s fetch the higher prices. The M series doesn't have the cachet .....yet. Good deals for astute buyers, not so good for sellers.
