"Once this was all Black Plasma and Imagination"-Michael McClure
Follow Ups:
Excellent album. I have had it for many years and still pull it for a listen.
What a beautiful, sweet ending to a superb album.
-- although I must admit I sort of expected to hear Ronnie Lane's "April Fool". I think that one's my personal favorite on the whole record.
As to "Til the Rivers All Run Dry" -- it reminds me, in many ways, of Townshend's recording of "There's a Heartache Following Me" on his first solo album, "Who Came First". I also think that one's pretty sublime, too.
Rather less impressed with his reading of Baba's other favo(u)rite song, "Begin the Beguine", though -- though I give him credit for tackling it :-)

Sorry! You got me started! ;-)
all the best,

MANY years ago I tracked down the three LPs that Pete and Ronnie had done to/for Meher Baba.
They were tough to find and only marginally satisfying
on a musical level though awfully satisfying on a fan/collector's level.
Minus BTB they would have been a bit less... bothersome.
I think most all that material has since been released and is easier to find.
I've since sold the LPs.
