I've still got to order my copy too. I also checked HB Direct to see what their price was, but the album is out-of-stock there too.BTW, I haven't heard that Weissenberg/Ozawa/BPO Rhapsody in Blue in a long time, but I remember liking it very much. Another off-the-wall performance of this work that I also really like is the Stanislav Knor / Vaclav Neumann / Prague Symphony version on Supraphon:

There's a very amusing review of this performance on Amazon, and I'll quote the first sentence:
"The first few times I listened to this CD, I was struck with how incongruous it was to be hearing the very American, even specifically Manhattanite, Gershwin upbeat music, played as if it were instead downbeat Eastern European musical art, but now I cannot listen to it played any other way."
The review continues in this same vein - and I do wonder whether the poster might have tongue firmly in cheek! ;-)
EDIT: I changed my mind and just downloaded the album (FLAC CD quality) from CD Baby. Haven't listened to it yet.

Yeah, the Amazon reviewer might have hit the nail on the head here.Listening on QOBUZ and it certainly is a different take on this particular 'Gershwin Tune', (his Concerto in 'F' not Rhapsody in Blue).
