Maybe if you could decide which specific songs you like, you could find them on an album.
My favorite is "The Reprise Years" because it contains many of his most famous ones.

Even though I'm 40, I have never really sat down and listened to him in earnest. I just generally hear him at different times and places. Occasionally I have heard something in which the band just gripped me, so I am now trying to track down some places to start. I want to get a few CD's and then when I find what I like, get some LP's.
I do have some Dean Martin, who I grew to love while listening with my grandfather.
I guess I always associate the crooning Sinatra with my grandfather's Perry Como, which I didn't like.
