When he had the quadruple bypass and got off the Big Macs, started eating quinoa. That was years ago, but quinoa takes its toll gradually.

Yeah, he doesn't look well, and his voice doesn't have the strength it used to. My first thought was that he has cancer, because of his thin appearance. I wasn't aware of the heart problems.
Bill Clinton and I disagree on politics, but he's got a good sense of humor and is a quick thinker. He'd be a fun guy to have a few beers and put some steaks on the grill with.
And yes, Bernie Sanders is pretty spry and sharp. And how about Donald Trump? Man, that guy must in really good shape, to stand up there for 75 minutes with all the energy he displayed.

Maybe about 8 months ago I was about 30 feet from him. He actually looked pretty good. I was somewhat surprised how bad he looked in some photos. I rolled down the window and yelled " Thanks a lot for deregulating the banks". He actually bent down a little to see me in the Ford Escape and gave a little wave. True story. Tweaker

Bill Clinton is now some 69 YO. He's had health problems including a quadruple bypass, a partially collapsed lung, and had two stents placed in his heart. Those are the health problems that are publicly known and included in his Wikipedia listing.

While some people are surprised at his appearance, he is still on the green side of the grass. The obituary pages of any major city's newspaper of record will include notices of the deaths of men of his age or younger on a daily basis. It's not unreasonable to suspect that he prefers to be among the living.
