What's the world coming to?
A Swedish soccer player was kicked out of a game for farting after the ref judged it unsportsmanlike.
Adam Lindin Ljungkvist received a red card in the Friday night match between Jarna SK's reserve team and Pershagen SK in the country's Division 7 league.
"I had a bad stomach, so I simply let go," the 25-year-old told Swedish newspaper Lanstidningen Sodertalje. "It's the strangest thing I have ever experienced on a football field."
He said he asked the ref: "Can I not pass gas a little?" to which he said the ref told him: "No."
The ref later told the newspaper he believed Ljungkvist did it on purpose and "perceived it as a provocative action against another player."
I guess I can see his his point if they're playing rugby.

Follow Ups:
Unnecessary farting can be offensive in rugby.
But rugby out-gassing is not that uncommon.
IMHO there is no such thing as unnecessary farting unless you insist on owning ported speakers!
Ported or transmission line will give you those deep low frequency gurgle farts.
