Me playing first circa 1999 I think. We got to play our All-Star game at what is now the Potomac Nationals (Single A minor league team) stadium. That red in my hair and beard is all but gone now.... I was 40 then.

Photo looks like a glove for right-handers. That was some fancy league that you were in. Nice uniforms and a field with what looks like a decent infield.
I'm guessing I was moving the glove from giving the pitcher a target for a pick off throw as you can see I'm also coming off the base to get into a better fielding position. Yes the field is actually a minor league field. Those were the days.....

Neat picture of what must have been a fun time for you. And I love the ads in the background, which add color and locale. Now, please tell me, what is a Dubuque? I think I'd like to enjoy one, but i'm not quite sure!

I see that Dubuque is the name of a company that makes hot dogs. I also search and see it's a city in Iowa, but that must not be it since you're in VA in the pic.
Well, are they good hot dogs?

I have to say I do not remember them. I did a search and threy come from Hansen Packing in Illinois. It was a fun time playing baseball, it was an over 30 mens league.
Now out here in WV I cannot find even slow pitch softball within 30 miles of here.
