In the courtyard of the Santuario de Chimayo, near Santa Fe, the church known for miracles of healing.
Walkers from around the world gather near Santa Fe on Good Friday every year to walk a pilgrimage of 20 to 50 miles to this special place, seeking healing from various afflictions, either for themselves or loved ones. Believe in it or not, Its quite an uplifting sight to see these folks.

The honest display of Faith and Belief from those that display and share it can sometimes be an overwhelming experience.

don't worry I take statins for a reason
;)
AAAAARRRRGGGGGGHHHHHH :(
Me too
I've been eating an average of 1lb filet mignon rare and 4 eggs a day (sunny side up), feel great. My doctor took 80mg a day, he's 90 years old and said to me eat whatever I want, statins are the majik!
... I don't care much for the steel cross skewered into the pebble & slurry blob but the bright coloured beads are a nice touch.
I don't know much about it but I have heard the annual pilgrimage is a big event with thousands(?) taking part.
I'm not religious or believe in such things but no doubt seeing thousands of folks on a peaceful walk to this shrine would be a memorable sight.
