IMHO, 400Hz is a little low to run a 511, considering it has a 500Hz cutoff.
Also, if you use an 802 driver, a tweeter is not needed.

I think its workable with the cheap Selenium D250-Trio - its a bit stronger (but not as extended on the top) than my old SA-HF

I find a tweeter is still needed with the 802. They were designed to roll off at around 8k, the upper limit of the optical soundtrack on film.
The old spec sheet for 802 says it goes up to 20kHz. It does not say how many dB down it is at 20kHz.
With EQ, I get plenty of "air" and no tweets.
