I am replacing the tweeters on a pair of JBLs
but the D220Ti has different spade connectors.
I cobbed it together for now - striped wire.
Anyone know the size spade connectors I need
to attach the wires correctly?
TIA

The spade connectors needed are the ones with the red insulation, a male and a female. Hope this helps.
Measure the width of the lug. They come in standard sizes: .11, 3/16, 1/4 etc. Then using the wire gauge of the leads, choose the connector that matches.
If you use Parts Express, this page is for you:
http://www.parts-express.com/cat/solderless-crimp-terminals/65
If you use Mouser try the lower part of the page here:

The terminals on the D220TI are 1/4" wide (I measured).
Dan,May I make a suggestion?
Consider DIYing, carefully, quickly, thoughtfully ..... this :
........ Eliminate the connectors. Solder wires to the drivers.
Hemostat the tab and use Wonder Solder and wire directly to the drivers !!
I did just that - to my ALTEC 515Bs and 802Ds. I think its lovely to hear that way. :-)
Regards.

Hi Jeff;
Do you recommend I do the same with my GPA 802-g?
If so what wire and size do you recommend?
Thanks.

Does it really make that much of a difference? maybe I should consider doing that to my Klipsch...
Ask Parts Express.
They just gave me guesses.
Both wrong too.
