You can make a pair yourself. It is easier than you think. I know because I made them in the past, albeit for a different horn.
hi Eduard
but is the curve not important ?
i can simply made some round to rectangle but is it not important how the increase is?
i read that the throat the most important part is on a horn
The most important parameter for the adaptor is its length, and the length is determined by the relationship between the throat size, mouth size and the flare rate. And I wouldn't worry too much about the curve as there is hardly any. So, if you were to look at the cross section, the lines from the round throat to square/rectangular mouth would be almost straight. And, of course, you would want the transition from round to square/rectangular to be as smooth and gentle as possible.
Sorry, I was wrong.I have one each 30162, 30210, and 30170.
An aluminum pair sold for $350 in April, I hope you're not looking for the brass ones.

I sent a milk crate full of brass ones to be sold for recycling scrap about 20 years ago. Sigh......
