cryogenically treated outlets? I mean, why go to all the trouble, right?
Shouldn't this be in the "Cable Asylum"?
I'm just sayin' :)

finally a place for my stereo gear and...toaster ovens, hair dryers, microwaves, cell phones, X boxes, portable AC units, mini frig, multiple room heaters for the winter (mental note: buy several extension cords) yes!
Let's see. Usual code is 6 per circuit. I wonder how many circuits that will eat up?
Let's see...if I did the whole wall behind my components with Furutech GTX-D(R)'s, that would run roughly $475,000 (not including wire, labor, or the chase that would have to be built back to the service panel).
Think I'll start on this tomorrow. :)
In addition to your $475.000, that would take a hell of a lot of circuit breakers.
.
Man, you have a lot of money to burn. I was going to be far more practical and just do the premium outlets. But I will need some good wire -- about 4,000 feet of this: :)
I am always challenged by whether to specify single or double-wide socket. This takes it to a whole other level.
