She changed the words. It's " I can be President of General Motors babe, Or just a tiny grain of sand" Punishment, Fri, Sat. and Sun. with Tweaker. Discussing capacitors of course. The Blood Sweat and Tears Child is Father to the Man was a major favorite back in the day. Very cool. T
Beth is one of my favorite female artist. Anytime she is nearby I make it a point to go see her.
They are amazing. Got tickets for the Keepin the Blues alive at sea cruise again this year. This is the 3rd year Joe has sponsored it and Beth has been at the last 2. Gregg Alman will be there as well.
A Modest Joe fan "Acoustic evening in Vienna' my fave.
Watched the Joe and Beth Video.
Subsequently Ordered the recording.
Turns out the Yuoutube video sounded better a lot My MP3 'copy' of the video is audibly superior.
Returned the CD, with a couple of hours of Receipt.
Buy from Amazon and there's NO hassle :-)

If you were in San Francisco in the late-80s, you got to bathe in the wave of thrash metal, and may have heard of speed metal band, Cacophony. Cacophony was basically a vehicle for guitar virtuosos, Marty Friedman and Jason Becker, to show off their shredding.
So in 1988, Friedman and Becker headed to Cotati (near Sonoma State, between Petaluma and Santa Rosa), and each recorded solo albums, Dragon's Kiss and Perpetual Burn , respectively. Both garnered positive reviews, but it seemed that Friedman got more attention, and thus, sales.
To this day, a small army of audiophiles keeps bugging me for tales of the late-80s/early-90s Bay Area metal scene. But sometimes, we need to tone it down. And that is what we get, with Becker's "Air."
I went to the academic public high school, and found it interesting, that all those smart kids in orchestra tried to play along "Air," and figure out where Becker stole the ideas, progressions, techniques, and notes from. At the time, Becker himself was still a teenager, so it made sense that my high school classmates were excited, inspired, and encouraged by Becker.

...as I wind down for Friday.
On your "J" screen there. I just cranked Always with Me Allways with You from Surfing with the Alien. Great tune.
Just you mentioning it makes me think......younger. I was so much younger when that came out :(
I checked and I have 8 live Joe recordings, including the ones you showed.
