Sorry to hear that -
typically this is a difficult thing to do -
I have been involved with shipping/logistics for 20+ years, and - knock wood - have yet to have that happen w/ one of the corporate accounts that I have managed.
Alerting UPS is the best course of action - Good luck

The invoice sat on my desk until I paid the bill. Then I started getting billed for shipments I never made. I don't even have a dog anymore who could have stolen the number.
Good luck getting your money back from UPS too. Now's a good time to investigate different shipping options instead of the thieves at UPS.
