I figure you park your car in the VIP space and once that see that 458 with the custom Hre's they know you are a player. Then you drop your card will the amount of hit's you get a day and there rolling out the Dom and caviar. I'm not a big boy but I do know how you players roll.

Even if you watch fair amount of reality TV, that does not count in context of this discussion. You might be able to stay on point if you curtail this obsession you have with the wealth of others. Of course, this would mean conceding many of the arguments you pose.
If you covet respect, start by making an effort to understand what passes as experienced knowledge {player?}, here.

As high school kids, my buddy and I used haunt the HiFi shops of Santa Monica and Westwood in the early 50s, carrying a copy of Toscanini's Pictures. The sales folk never rejected playing it on equipment we couldn't possibly afford. But the sports car dealers on Ventura boulevard also let us take out XK-120 and 140 Jags. Seems crazy in retrospect, but maybe they thought they were building a future customer base.

Didn't live here until 1977, but visited in the early 60's, the late 60's & then again in the early 70's.
Didn't get much of what I saw (while visiting) until later on, aside from the Venice Beach riots.
