Yes...Anderson wrote lots of these kinds of pieces. Get his greatest hits...on Mercury....will done.
Slatkin recorded maybe 4 or 5 CDs of Leroy Anderson for Naxos, very well played, better recorded than the old Mercurys.

I always like "The Waltzing Cat," too.
I have a recording of many little pieces on LP conducted by Anderson himself, on MCA-555.
On CD, we have Erich Kunzel conduction the Rochester Pops on Pro-Arte CDD 264.
Both are delightful.
