What qualifies as a Dispute?
A dispute may arise out of non-resolved problems that involve transactions, feedbacks, or false advertising.Requirements:
The item must have been listed at Audiogon.
Members must have agreed to a transaction, or completed a transaction.
The transaction must have a clear and identifiable problem for resolution.
The Members must attempt a resolution independent of Audiogon staff.
You can still file a dispute with Agon against mkimsey.
You have proof mkimsey reneged on the deal.Proof? Your credit card statement will show the charge and credit.
And hopefully you still have the emails from mkimsey showing he reneged on the deal for a better price.
In the end, if Agon is to have any credibility, you will win and be allowd to leave negative feedback on mkimsey.
Hopefully you will follow through for the good our hobby.... Good chance you are not the first buyer that mkimsey has screwed.
A negative feedback comment will go along way in alerting others of his character....
