Anyone of you who had heared the Bell Canto's new (and digital amplifier).
For 2k $ it looks very promissing one. If know something about it or know where to find more info write a brief RE.
Thanks a lot.

I've heard the prototype and its quite fine. I'm a tube man and it was the first digital amp that I like. Has some qualities that are almost single-ended sound. The new production models will double the current of the prototype. Definitely one to watch.
Compare the BellCanto with some other high-end amps. This will help me to imagine its sound advantages.
Thanks
Perhaps we will get a handheld ;)
All jokes aside . I see a proliferation of digital amps , DSP etc on the horizon , it might just be politic to wait before making a purchase.
Is the Belcanto a true Digital amp in the TACT millennium mould?
I think the Bel Canto is more like the Spectron, in that it only accepts analog inputs, and converts them to digital.JB
I think it's a different company (not TACT) that TI bought. Here's a link to the press release.
Hey man the famous TACT use the same Equibit chips from Toccata!
So TI bought TACT in some way ;)
PS. If you have heard some of these digital amps tell someathing about their sound comparing it fith the one of other high-end ones.
