George...you negate the benefits of bi-wire if you internally combine them. Richard Vandersteen told me that...I didn't believe it until I a/b'd the same wire with the different constructions.

I agree and to the OP internal is when wire inside one jacket has both the sets of connectors on it. External is two separate wires with one set on each.

My PMC TB2i is Bi-wirable and it sounds best Bi-Wired so what is the best configuration of Kimber shall I use?
4TC X ???
8TC X ???
BTW, my tube amplifier has one set of speaker terminal for left/right channels.
