What do you guys think of silver/ silver teflon interconnects? Just saw www.surfcables.com, stuff seems priced ok. Most of the interconnects seem to be copper with silver plating, but one of the RCA's is solid silver. Not sure how silver compares to copper but I'm thinking of giving it a try.

Those look like a good deal. The silver connectors are interesting as well.
From a DIY perspective, I would be curious comparing these w a larger gauge.
I bought a set of the basic RCA's and XLR's to give them a try (silver plated copper with silver plated connectors). Listening now, both sound very nice, good high frequency extension and deep, solid bass. Quality of construction looks good as well. So far seems like a good pickup for the price.
I use 'White Zombie' balanced (XLR connectors) silver ICs from my CD player. Can't say there was a huge difference, but I liked them better than generic RCA unbalanced ICs and AQ Diamondback balanced XLRs.
I had bought the Diamondbacks with the CD player, I couldn't hear a difference between them and some cheap generic ICs I had. Not that they don't sound good, but in this application to my ears ...
I got the White Zombies and they sounded better than the generic ICs. I'd have to repeat the experiment to describe the differences (hopefully I'd hear them again!). Silver is 'known' for it's clear high end, if that's what you're looking to improve ...?
I don't see a web page for "White Zombie" and I didn't have a link saved ... maybe he's out of business, but the ones you refer to seem good too. Not a bad experiment ...
I have silver from CD player and silver/copper ICs to my power amps. I like how they sound in my system.
Great name for a cable, Rick.
Did you compare the White Zombie to the AQ Sky XLR?
