Hi members,
recently I have received an AP2 SPDIF converter which comes with a BNC out. Audiophilleo supplies a BNC/RCA adapter which I'm using for the time being since my cable is terminated with rca plugs. No doubt using such an adaptor isn't optimal. Would it make sense to re-terminate my cable on one side only with a BNC plug?
Checked out various bnc plugs. Most require crimping and a special crimping tool. Hardly any solder BNCs on the market it seems. Any suggestions?

Thanks, very useful. Have contacted the Furutech importer in the country where I live, Indonesia. No stock unfortunately. Will try the Singapore importer.

The Oyaide SLSB is another high performance solder-type BNC connector option.

This looks great too, thanks for the info. Have contacted the local importer here and awaiting their reply. Meanwhile the Furutech guy adv me that they will place the next order with Japan in 2-3 month.
If given a choice, I would opt for the Oyaide BNC. The Oyaide BNC features a pure silver pin rather than a rhodium plated copper alloy (brass?) pin of the Furutech BNC.
