I can get new Krell 300il for $1800.00, and for new Mcintosh 6900, the best price I can get is around $3700.00.Both are rated 200watt/ch for 8ohm. Based on the review, it seems 6900 is the better choice, because the review for Krell 300il is very fixed. BTW, my speaker is B&W Nautilus 802.
For this price, I am leaning towards Krell 300il, but any help is very appreciated.

FWIW, I chose a Mac 6500 over a Plinius 8200 Mk II because of musicality. If you are driving 4 ohm speakers, do not need the equalizer and are willing to forego the autoformers, then the 6500 may be a good choice. New for maybe 2600, used around $2K. Both the 6500 and 6900 put out 200W into 4 ohms. I spoke with the Mac tech and he said basically the same thing as my 2nd sentence above.
You may find it worth your while to listen to both with the same speakers and see if there is a major difference.
Where can you get new 300il at $1800?
McIntosh amps are really good, IMHO it would be a better buy here.
The Krell has killer bass and all the detail you would ever want, but can sound dry and bright depending on speakers. The McIntosh is just the opposite in that it's warm and relaxed. Because of this, the bass is a bit more rounded and you won't get all the detail the recording has to offer. Both are good integrateds and it will just depend on your personal tastes. For me, I think the Krell would go good with a warm speaker like Vienna Acoustics and the McIntosh would go well with a very revealing speaker like Theil. It's up to you to decide what you think the B&W's need to sound their best in your setup. You may want to take a look at NAD's Silverline amp and pre amp. It has just about as much Bass as the Krell but without the brightness but is still a bit dry sounding. It's one of the quietest amps I've ever heard. Most people dismiss the NAD Silverline, even if they have never listened to them, just because they are known for their budget gear. The Silverline models are made in Denmark instead of China and are nothing at all like the budget gear.
It's got plenty of oomph and then some. Trust me, I own one :-).
Also, the 802's need more oomph..so I'd advise a pre/power combo not an integrated, regardless of brand...
The McIntosh 6900 is a fine piece of equipment.
