I have my Tube Nirvana Pre-amp (Aretha Model)running in House And I like it alot. A great buy at around $1400, Depending on options. Pretty unit too!
One of the main reasons I selected this Pre-Amp is that it one of the few Modern Tube Pre-amps with Tone Controls (Bass and Treble)... I opted for the Paduak Wood Chassis and Black Panels. I Also have the Remote Volume Control. And Mundorf Caps on the Signal Path.
The 6SL7 tubes sound very lush and a little more 'Tube-Like' than my 6SN7 Welborne Reveille (Which I'll also keep). It uses 4 - 6SL7 Tubes - I am using the VT-229 JAN Sylvania Tubes.
Custom Built in Montana. Soon to be located in Oregon.

Very nice! I can't believe you get all that, AND a remote. What's not to like?
Than looks like a sweet preamp. Enjoy rolling some tubes and have fun with it. Yes it is hard to find tone controls these days.
Take a look over at the VTA preamps just for fun.
I have my eye on at least one of these as a future project kit. I built the VTA ST-70 and it is AMAZING with KT-66 gold lions tubes
What amp are you running with it?

I looked at VTA --- They look very Nice!
I Bi-amp with a Pair of Welborne Star Chief 45 SET amps on my Oris Horns and a Pair of Hypex Digital Amps on my Klipschorn Bass Bins.

Like I said I plan on building one next year. Right now I'm using a CJ and I do like it. Very untube like in sound. Actually it is amazingly transparent. I mean NO!!! sound coloration!!! Sometimes a little flavor is nice.

Beautiful pic!
I also like tone controls and a remote on a pre-amp or integrated. Very nice looking indeed. Very trivial but I think I would paint all those phillips screw heads black or replace them with black Everbilt hex socket screws for an even nicer look.
button head screws
I agree on the aesthetic of the existing screws. I also think the aesthetic of the wood base could be enhanced. It could use several router grooves to break up the slab sides..

When you start manufacturing this pre-amp, I'll buy one.
