Anyone know a place that works on Cayin?

I have one. Whats the problem with it?
I was thinking of buying one but have heard bad stories about the importer. His webpage is down now so that's not encouraging. I was wondering if there was a service place that people could deal with directly (not warranty) but I'm thinking I'll just pass.
It's a shame, it's beautiful gear.
The Stax importer is a problem as well. In fact it's getting really hard to find a decent importer anymore. Good news for U.S. companies I guess.

but got this instead. If you're looking at the Chinese stuff, not a bad choice. The Stereophile review was positive as well.
The Line Magnetics stuff looks nice too.
I've been running Primaluna Dialogues for 3 years w/out problems!
I've also have 2 Cayin 100T's which, because of non-service from the distributor are now, essentially, boat anchors (he couldn't get parts and/or would not repair himself. Wouldn't give out a schematic, etc. I got a techie to repair them so that they will operate as manual amps in triode mode with one input and no remote. Too bad but that guy was a dead beat!!!!!
2 A100's? Wow! Pricey boat anchors! I'm glad I DIDNT go with the Cayin.
I've had a PL 3 years prior trouble free. The Cayin was a thought for "something different"
when the upgrade bug bit.
I was going to do line stage/amp, but that was another 3k+. If the urge becomes overwhelming, I will add the Dialogue Premium pre(the HP can be used as just an amp)
While I would love to have 2 HP amps/line stage, the simplicity is nice with the integrated.
16 power tubes can also get pricey since I would inevitably pop in NOS glass. Are you running the 7's?

Assuming you are at least the second owner and purchased from an end user.
Otherwise, you normally would call your dealer for issues.
Even if you didn't buy it from a dealer, they should provide some level of help since its their product. The right thing to do as the distributor,is to help ANY user of their product.
I recently was reminded the value of buying a new piece of equipment from a dealer.
4 month old amp blew a channel. Dealer instructs me where to drop it off.
Pick it up a couple of weeks later, no bill and turn around was fast.
Just received a freshly repaired PLC that my dealer boxed up for me(threw away original)
Sent back to the manufacturer, who then direct shipped it back,(in a proper box) to my doorstep, no charge. I REALLY like my dealer.
no one has an answer!
I've always looked to the manufacturer for issues with tube gear - be it Audio Research or VTL.
