I would never buy direct from China but it's fun to look.Beautiful gear! I love the silver chassis and gold faceplate.
I wish the importer would have stuff like this ON THEIR WEBPAGE. Gini really seems asleep on the wheel with this line.

I owned an Audio Space AS-3i some years ago. It was identical in appearance to this one. It was an EL-34 based integrated. It was OK, nothing more. The balance control knob stopped working after a few months. The sound was definitely on the soft side, even for an EL-34 amp. I much prefer my Rogue Chronos Integrated Magnum, but there's a pretty big difference in price.
I'd be curious to know what the mechanical construction quality is like on this amp. When I see some low priced amps online and in catalogs they look good. But up close and in person, it becomes pretty clear that some of them are cheaply made with poor fit and finish.
Dennis Had is building single ended amps and selling them on the auction site. You don't have to worry about build quality and they sound great. I got this one. If you buy an amp he will build a preamp. Mine is a 27 triode.

I had a Cayin EL34 integrated that was a thing of beauty. Really nice parts and construction, sounded very good as well.

I have one of their 300B pp integrated and feel it stands up against anything short of the uber-expensive.
Oh yes, it sounds pretty good too.

Well, the sound I got with this amp with JM Reynaud Offrandes, Spica TC-50s and Quad 12Ls was self-effacing to the point of boredom. But that doesn't mean all their products sound like that. I remember some years ago in what I think was a Stereophile Home Entertainment show here in NYC spending some time in the Gini Audio room. If I recall correctly they have (or had) a version of the LS3 5A speaker. They were using them with a very flash-looking pre and power amp of their own design. Sounded great. Nice guys as well.
Nothing like the real thing. I would not go for a 'soft' sounding amplifier. It would be worth spending twice as much in this case.
Now how much does the corresponding integrated amplifier from Rogue Audio cost?? Is there really any competition at that price point for tube gear?I own Anthem gear, which at it's time, was the entry level tube gear. Pretty good. If it's manufactured properly, with reasonable components, well, then it is probably well work buying, even through eBay.
Do brick and mortar shops cater to this market segment at all, nowadays?

cheap gear from China. AudioSpace is a Hong Kong outfit that has been around much longer than the other Chinese manufacturers making stuff of their own design.
A friend of mine got stuck with one of these amps a few years back. I can't recall why he had it but he couldn't sell it. He kept lowering the price but no takers until he almost gave it away.
