Hi,
Does anyone know if there are any dealers in the Detroit area that are still certified McIntosh service centers?
The list on Mac's website seems to be out of date. I have a C32 and a MC2125 that need work and I'd hate to have to ship them somewhere.
Thanks.

P.S. The Amp works but has an exaggerated midrange and sounds very "boomy", especially with spoken dialogue. I'd be interested in suggestions if anyone knows what may be causing this.

Thanks for the suggestions. I will look into each of them.
Northern TV This guy has been in business for over 40 years. He is great has worked on McIntosh, Krell, Single ended tube amps you name it he can fix it. You won't have to wait more than a week for the repair. He is in Madison Heights, MI. 27635 John R 248-545-1800
Don't limit yourself to certified dealers. You'll be doing yourself a disservice. I know a couple of very good long time Mac repair centers that were booted away when they wouldn't carry product.
