Right now, LSA Statement and Odyssey Kismet hybrid integrateds are close in price. In either case, the pre- section includes two tubes., output is SS. I have a system with tubes stem to stern, and I'd like to set up a second system with minimal maintenance that I can leave on and leave the house without fearing that a KT-88 will misbehave badly in my absence.
Of the two, which would most preserve harmonic texture in acoustic jazz?
(I use that as the reference point in most of my evaluations, based on my preferences.)
Thanks to all for any insights/opinions/or even alternatives at the circa $3500 price point.
Follow Ups:
I had extensive experience with the DK Design integrated which was a previous incarnation of the LSA. By all accounts, the LSA is far superior.
I own an Odyssey Cyclops. The Kismet is likewise a different animal.
Based on my limited experience, my obviously qualified inclination is in favor of Odyssey.
Fwiw & ymmv.
Good luck.
being an interesting comparison, but the Kismet will win everytime. So will the Khartago mono blocks. Just ask the folks at Magico

I replaced my tube amps with Odyssey amps, and never looked back (they were also KT88 based). Have never heard the Kismet integrated, as I use mono blocks.
Nice thing about Odyssey is that Klause will bias the new amp to fit your speaker needs. But personally, I'd go with the Khartango SE's and their tube preamp for about the same money.
