I'm not familiar with your Mahler speakers but I'm using the Odyssey Khartago with Harbeth M30.1's and think it's a fantastic amp. Top to bottom transparent, detailed and dynamic and with a lovely, harmonically luminous, quality that brings music to life. Great sound staging too.
I also have a Quad 909, and its a nice sounding amp - but completely outclassed by the Khartago.
If you get a chance to listen to the Khartago, make sure it's been run in for several weeks (at least) because the harmonic complexity and voluminous staging weren't present in my freshly minted amp (this is covered off in the manual BTW).
