Re: Heathkit EA-1, EA-2 and EA-3, what's the difference?

Power, AFAIK. The EA-1 is 3 wpc, I think. I have an EA-2 and it rated at 12 wpc. I think the EA-3 is 15 wpc. It's kind of like the difference between an EICO ST40 (20 wpc) and ST70 (35wpc). The outputs on both amps are four 7591s, but the ST70 gets more power out of them (and, presumably, more heat and a shorter life as a consequence).
